With everything going on, it's easy to go down the downward spiral. There's less movement, more surfing social media with all of COVID-19, more obsession of it (being well informed vs reading everything obsessively are different). It has created an air of uncertainty, and a lot of stress. What better way to help ground and calm yourself and get some movement in than to practice yoga?

Tomorrow at 6:30 pm, I will be hosting a virtual yoga session with the amazing @edisidro, one of our local yoga teachers. This is going to be our first go at doing this, so we would really appreciate your patience if any technical difficulties occur.
